OL Lentille is an exclusive boutique safari lodge offering private villa experiences in the heart of Laikipia North. We are seeking an experienced Host to deliver seamless, personal, and memorable guest experiences across private villas and signature safari activities.

• Managing all aspects of service for your assigned villa, both within the villa and throughout the lodge.
• Supporting off-lodge activities such as bush meals, sundowners, and picnics.
• Ensuring guests are happy, comfortable, and entertained at all times.
• Preparing drinks and snacks, and maintaining a well-stocked in-house bar tailored to guest preferences.
• Planning meals in collaboration with the kitchen team, including location, presentation, and style.
• Organizing and coordinating activities such as game drives, spa treatments, and other guest experiences.
• Assisting guides with bush dinners, breakfasts, picnic lunches, sundowners, and other special arrangements.
• Collaborating with housekeeping, night askari, and other departments to guarantee impeccable service.

• Diploma /Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field
• Minimum 5 years in a front-of-house role at an internationally recognized hotel/lodge.
• Experience as a Maitre D' or Head Waiter in a top-tier establishment.
