We are seeking professional and friendly Hostesses to join our team at Coyo. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring excellent customer service.

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate Additional Duties: Assist in setting up dining areas Handle customer complaints with tact Maintain knowledge of menu and daily specials
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
