Dominion Allied Services is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client based in Mombasa to fill the position of HR & Admin Manager.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional, preferably a middle-aged lady, with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in Human Resource and Administration Management.
Oversee HR and administrative operations to ensure alignment with company objectives. Implement and monitor compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and governance frameworks. Lead organizational restructuring and performance improvement initiatives. Manage recruitment, training, and employee relations activities. Ensure effective administrative systems and support functions are in place. Advise management on best HR and people management practices.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and management. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Technical Proficiency: Competence with HR management systems (HRMS), payroll software, and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Confidentiality: A high degree of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information securely. Problem-Solving: Ability to assess issues, resolve workplace disputes, and provide solutions. Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining accurate records, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance.
