About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our Human Resources and administrative functions. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to an efficient and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR or administration.
