Role Purpose

Manage daily HR and administrative operations for an overseas collections team, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR operations: onboarding/offboarding, contracts, personnel files, attendance.
  • Execute recruitment: posting, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
  • Organize training, corporate culture, and team‑building activities.
  • Manage office premises, supplies, assets, logistics, and vendors.
  • Implement HR/admin policies and standardized processes.
  • Support performance evaluations, employee relations, rewards, and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company requirements.
  • Handle other HR/admin tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate degree or higher in HR, Administration, or Business.
  • 2+ years HR/admin experience (collections/call center/financial services preferred).
  • Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and logistics management.
  • Strong cross‑cultural communication and service mindset.
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, with confidentiality and compliance awareness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
