Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in an HR role or administrative role (preferably in a hospitality or service industry).
• Good knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with integrity.
• Willingness to work in Nanyuki.

• Assist with recruitment processes.
