Key Roles:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll administration, leave, attendance, and statutory compliance.
• Support the coordination of staff training and performance appraisal activities.
• Support employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare HR reports and provide general administrative support.

Qualification

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR practices will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
