Background

Africa Inland Church Kapso war Hospital is seeking to hire an HR Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the hospital's human resources department.

Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting the HR department in daily administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening applications.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees.
  • Providing support for HR-related queries from employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and hospital policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is an added advantage.
  • IHRM is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Must be a practicing Christian willing to adhere to, abide by and sign the AIC statement of faith.
