Role Context

We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support our Regional HR Administrator in delivering seamless HR operations across multiple regions. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, employee records, learning tracking, wellness initiatives, compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes across regions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and update the HRIS.
  • Track learning and development initiatives and collaborate with managers.
  • Assist in wellness, engagement, and company culture programs.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations, performance management, and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ HR administration experience.
  • CHRP-K Certification and IHRM Membership
  • Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work across regions.
