Purpose of the Role
Support the Lead Consultant in undertaking job analysis, job evaluation, market benchmarking, data analysis, and development of the grading and compensation framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct departmental consultations and employee interviews.
- Review existing job descriptions.
- Collect and analyze job-related information.
- Facilitate job analysis workshops.
- Evaluate positions using the approved methodology.
- Conduct market salary benchmarking.
- Participate in organizational structure reviews.
- Assist in development of grading structures.
- Prepare analytical reports and draft recommendations.
- Participate in presentations to management.
- Support implementation planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related discipline.
- Membership with IHRM and in good standing.
- 4–7 years' experience in HR consulting.
- Proven experience in job evaluation, salary surveys, and compensation analysis.
- Experience participating in organizational restructuring assignments.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
