JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to support core HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–6 years’ HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or steel industry
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Ability to manage shop-floor workforce and employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- High integrity, professionalism, and strong communication skills
Work Hours: 8
