HR Executive Role.
Salary: Ks. 50,000 -70,000 gross.

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive for our client; a leader in the printing industry. This role is based in Industrial Area and requires the successful candidate to work from the office on a full-time basis.

Develop and update HR policies to align with business goals and legal requirements. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management. Enforce compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration and leave management. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives.
* Familiarity with the legal framework of Human Resource Management, ensuring all policies and procedures adhere to the employment standards. * Strong command of standard office software, including MS Word and familiarity with modern HR Information Systems (HRIS). 
2–3 years' experience with a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or a relevant discipline.
