Responsibilities
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave, payroll information, and HR documentation.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and related employee documentation.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Support disciplinary, performance, and employee relations processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
HR Reporting & Documentation: Prepare HR letters, reports, audit documents, and maintain accurate HR records and working documents.
Facility & Safety Management: Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, security, health and safety, and environmental compliance.
Operational Support: Collaborate with management and relevant teams to address HR and facility matters and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
- Active IHRM Membership.
- CHRP Certification is an added advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations in a fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and workplace compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem- solving skills, with high attention to confidentiality and detail.
