- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Drive recruitment strategy and execution for professional roles
- Support and implement performance management processes
- Ensure HR compliance and governance standards
- Partner with business leaders to deliver people solutions
- Maintain HR data, analytics, and reporting
