Qualifications or requirements

• Strong experience in HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Proven track record in Talent Acquisition (white-collar hiring)
• Hands-on expertise in Performance Management Systems
• Tech-savvy with strong exposure to HRIS and digital HR tools
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Experience needed

6–7 Years

Certification

CHRP / IHRM (Mandatory)

Responsibilities or duties

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
• Drive recruitment strategy and execution for professional roles
• Support and implement performance management processes
• Ensure HR compliance and governance standards
• Partner with business leaders to deliver people solutions
• Maintain HR data, analytics, and reporting
