AHN KENYA is seeking to fill the position of HR Intern to support our HR team. The

ideal candidate should be highly motivated, well organized and pays keen attention to

detail. We are looking for a goal-oriented and personable self-starter who is willing to

learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Support: Updating employee records in internal databases and maintaining employee files. Recruitment Assistance: Screening resumes, posting job openings on job boards and social media, and scheduling interviews. Reporting: Assisting in creating reports on HR processes and activities. Employee Support: Responding to employee questions and assisting with HR-related queries. Onboarding: Helping with the orientation process for new hires and preparing onboarding materials. Event Coordination: Assisting in planning and organizing company events. Payroll Support: Gathering and updating payroll information. Training Coordination: Assisting with booking training courses for employees.
Understanding of Basic HR processes Exceptional organizational skills Excellent communication skills High level of confidentiality and integrity
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, required 1 year experience, preferred Proficiency in MS Excel and Word,required
