Role Context

Are you passionate about people, culture and building positive workplace experiences? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR & Culture team and gain practical exposure in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes (shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain and organize employee files (physical and digital)
  • Assist with leave tracking and HR data management
  • Support payroll preparation documentation
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications

  • Recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR principles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Organized, proactive and willing to learn
