Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field IHRM Certification (Kenya)
• Over 2 years of experience in any Manufacturing Sector
• Strong Leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Kenyan labour
