You'll become part of an award-winning B Corp that's redefining financial inclusion while working alongside a People & Culture team that's passionate about creating world-class employee experiences. This isn't your traditional HR role. You'll influence how HR services are delivered across our branches, help drive HR digitisation, improve employee experience, strengthen compliance, and contribute to building scalable people processes that support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in:

  • Championing exceptional employee experience across the business.
  • Managing employee relations cases with professionalism and confidence.
  • Driving HR digitisation through PeopleHum and process automation.
  • Supporting attendance, leave management and HR compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and people data.
  • Providing responsive HR support to field teams across the country.
  • Producing meaningful HR reports and insights that influence business decisions.
  • Ensuring our HR practices remain compliant with Kenyan labour legislation.

Qualifications or Requirements

We're Looking For Someone Who...

  • Has at least 2 years' HR experience in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Is an active member of IHRM.
  • Has experience using HRIS platforms and enjoys improving processes through technology.
  • Understands Kenyan labour laws and HR best practice.
  • Is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys solving problems.
  • Builds trust easily and is known for delivering excellent service to employees and managers alike.
