About the Company

Our client, a cleaning company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Officer to support the HR department. The role combines human resource management with day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth internal processes, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience across the business.

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll preparation, leave management, and staff benefits administration.
• Support performance management and staff appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
• Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
• Coordinate procurement of office supplies and manage vendors.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Support HR budgeting, invoicing, and basic financial administration.
• Ensure efficient coordination between departments.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in HR and/or operations role.
• Membership with IHRM (Kenya).
• Good knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
