Responsibilities or duties

Safety Culture Development and App Tracking:

  • Learn and become familiar with the Safety Culture App and its functionality.
  • Support rollout and implementation of the Safety Culture App.
  • Track app usage and ensure HSE data is updated accurately.
  • Analyze safety trends and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen safety culture through employee engagement and feedback mechanisms.

Incident Investigation Assistance:

  • Participate in incident investigations.
  • Document investigation findings.
  • Assist in identifying root causes of incidents.
  • Support development and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare lessons learned and incident summaries for organizational sharing.

HSE Policy Familiarization:

  • Gain knowledge of LTWP HSE policies and procedures.
  • Learn permit-to-work systems and incident reporting protocols.
  • Understand compliance requirements and safety procedures.
  • Support awareness sessions and training for employees and contractors on HSE policies.

HSE Risk Assessments:

  • Assist in conducting Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
  • Participate in risk assessments.
  • Support implementation of risk control measures.
  • Help identify workplace hazards and mitigation actions.

Compliance and Audits:

  • Assist in conducting internal HSE audits.
  • Support compliance monitoring against LTWP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Document audit findings.
  • Follow up on corrective actions arising from audits.

Data Collection and Reporting:

  • Maintain HSE records and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly HSE reports.
  • Track incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
  • Analyze HSE performance trends.
  • Provide recommendations to improve safety performance.

General Support:

  • Support daily HSE department operations.
  • Participate in toolbox talks.
  • Participate in wellness activities.
  • Support safety awareness campaigns.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management to support HSE objectives.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
