JOB DETAILS:

QATAR JOB OPENINGS – EVERLAST

HSE LEAD/SUPERVISOR (Food Safety)

Lead QHSE Systems: Supervise and lead a team to oversee the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety management systems .

Focus on Food Safety: Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) across all catering operations .

Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits, inspections, risk assessments, and food safety checks in production, storage, and kitchen areas .

Investigate Incidents: Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and food safety complaints to implement corrective actions .

Manage Training: Conduct toolbox talks and food safety training for staff to promote a strong safety culture .

Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Manage external audits (ISO, regulatory) and certifications (e.g., ISO 22000, Halal) .

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.
