HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD DEMONSTRATE:
- Proven ability to lead HR in a regulated environment (microfinance experience preferred)
- Sound working knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices
- Experience managing people in a multi-branch structure
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution capability
- Understanding of how HR impacts the bottom line
- Evidence of driving measurable performance improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or related field (CHRP is a plus)
- 5-7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices
- MUST have experience in the microfinance industry
