Your Impact

Create transformative experiences for guests by providing professional hair services tailored to their preferences and cruise occasions. Whether crafting a sophisticated updo for a gala evening, delivering a flawless haircut for a gentleman, or applying vibrant colors that enhance natural beauty, you help guests feel their best. Through your expertise in cutting, styling, coloring, and barbering techniques, you uphold the highest salon standards while ensuring a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to connect with guests, understand their needs, and deliver outstanding service contributes to the overall satisfaction of their cruise journey.

Your Journey So Far

• Successfully completed a full-time hairdressing training course with a diploma/certificate.
• Caribbean nationals must hold a certificate/diploma issued by the NCTVET (government).
• Proven experience in ladies’ hairdressing, including styling, updos, cutting, and coloring techniques.
• Confident in gentlemen’s hairdressing and barbering services, including professional shaves.
• Previous work experience in a professional salon environment.
• Additional expertise in weaving, extensions, and plaits is a plus.
• Previous experience working on board a cruise ship is highly desirable.

Your Essentials

• Hold relevant hairdressing qualifications.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Passion for customer service and an eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with an international clientele.
• Willingness to adapt to the unique demands of working and living on a cruise ship.
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the salon.
