Job overview:

The Handyman will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the organization’s premises to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained working environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry works including making, repairing, and installing furniture, doors, and
• Carry out plumbing installations and
• Undertake flooring works and minor masonry
• Conduct painting works and surface finishing as
• Repair and replace general hardware and
• Support basic electrical repairs and wiring
• Troubleshoot and perform general building maintenance
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from
• Inspect premises regularly to identify and resolve maintenance
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working
• Prepare basic maintenance reports when required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance
• Good working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and basic electrical
• Practical experience in general construction and property
• Ability to diagnose problems and recommend effective
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to follow
• Positive attitude and strong work
