Job summary

Our client is seeking to hire 2 Hatchery workers. These individuals will perform assigned activities in the Hatchery’s Eggs and Chicks Departments.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute assigned tasks in the Eggs & Chicks departments efficiently and accurately.

Perform all required cleaning and disinfecting activities at the Hatchery to maintain hygiene standards.

Comply with all relevant company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, statutory regulations, and expected behaviors at all times and implement corrective actions as needed.

Undertake any other duties assigned by their supervisor.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES.

KCSE certificate plus a Diploma or Certificate qualification in any relevant field.

2 years’ experience in a related field will be an added advantage.

Good communication skills.

Above average numerical and analytical skills.

Basic knowledge in Poultry hatchery operations.
