Background

Save the Children International is seeking a Head, Learning & Leadership Development to lead the design and implementation of an innovative, organisation-wide learning strategy and curriculum. This role will drive the development of both organisational and individual capabilities across global and country teams, ensuring all staff are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to deliver exceptional results for children.

The successful candidate will set the strategic direction for learning and leadership development, collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, and oversee the creation of impactful learning pathways and solutions. This is a pivotal opportunity for a visionary learning leader to shape a culture of continuous development and strengthen leadership capability across a global organisation.
