JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Head – Capacity and Demand Management will develop and govern the enterprise-wide framework for capacity planning, demand forecasting and resource optimisation. The role aligns with frameworks such as ITIL v4, COBIT 2019 and SAFe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the bank-wide capacity and demand management strategy, policies and processes
- Forecast demand for IT services, infrastructure and resources; align capacity accordingly
- Monitor KPIs, utilisation, planning accuracy and cost efficiency
- Engage with business stakeholders to prioritise demand and balance supply capacity
- Facilitate continuous improvement, and governance of capacity-related controls and reporting
