JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Head – Disaster Recovery (DR) Orchestration & Testing will oversee enterprise-wide DR planning, orchestration and testing across data centres, cloud, networks, applications, data platforms and third-party services. This senior role ensures the resilience and continuity of critical bank operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise DR strategy, playbooks and governance mechanisms
- Lead planning and execution of DR tests, failover-recovery exercises and readiness assessments
- Coordinate infrastructure, application and cloud teams to validate DR capabilities and rectify gaps
- Monitor DR metrics, test outcomes, remedial actions and report to senior leadership
- Ensure alignment to business continuity standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practice
