HEAD CHEF

SALARY: Kes 60,000 + Incentives

LOCATION: Limuru

All Candidates Must:

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or in a senior culinary leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food production, menu engineering, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative dishes and introduce new culinary concepts.
• Experience managing kitchen budgets, food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Manage kitchen operations and staff.
• Develop and execute menus.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and food costs.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff.
• Create innovative dishes and culinary concepts.
