QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a head chef, with a significant amount of time in a kitchen environment.
- Degree/Diploma from a culinary school or advanced culinary training.
- Strong leadership, communication, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards, menu planning, and cost management, creativity, a good eye for detail, and mentoring skills.
