JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
Lead the landscaping team to maintain and enhance the resort’s gardens, lawns, flowers, and natural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan planting schedules, irrigation, and pest control.
- Supervise gardening staff and assign daily tasks.
- Maintain walkways, decorative plants, and outdoor event spaces.
- Manage nursery, tools, and gardening budget.
- Ensure grounds remain photogenic for guest experience.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Horticulture or Agriculture.
- 3+ years’ experience managing resort or estate gardens.
- Knowledge of indigenous and ornamental plants.
