JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
To oversee the landscaping, maintenance, and aesthetic development of the ranch’s gardens and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Landscaping:
Design and maintain flower beds, lawns, hedges, and ornamental plants.
Maintenance:
Oversee watering, pruning, fertilization, pest control, and mowing schedules.
Team Leadership:
Supervise a team of groundskeepers/gardeners; assign daily tasks.
Inventory:
Manage gardening tools, equipment, and chemicals; ensure equipment is serviced.
Sustainability:
Implement water conservation methods and composting programs.
Qualifications:
