Responsibilities
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent’s role will include;
- Develop HR outsourcing strategies including workforce planning, recruitment onboarding and retention.
- Oversee outsourced employee lifecycle processes e.g. payroll, benefits, leave, exits and performance management etc.
- Ensure outsourcing operations are compliant with local Labour laws and internal organizational policies and processes.
- Manage compliance of outsourced service vendors via periodic audits and process reviews
- Implement engagement initiatives e.g. surveys, recognition programs and caravans to improve the morale of the outsourced employees
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for outsourced HR services ensuring cost efficiency.
- Define and track service level agreements with accompanying analytics for contracted partners
- Develop talent and capability of the outsourced teams by identifying and managing the rollout of various upskilling and training initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business-related field
- Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management with good knowledge of Kenyan Employment Act
- A minimum of 5- 8 years’ experience in HR
- Good in data analysis. Working knowledge in advanced excel will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage outsourcing partners to deliver for the business
Competencies and behaviour required
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- A person of high integrity and appreciates confidentiality
- Business awareness with strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Highly numerate with keen attention to detail
