JOB DETAILS:
The Head Waiter will lead the serving team, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of wait staff.
- Train new waiters on service standards and procedures.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues.
- Manage table allocations and ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant.
