Head of Accounting & Finance
Remote Position
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ACCA/CFA preferred)
- 6-8+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with leadership exposure
- Strong experience handling multi-entity and international accounting
- Proven expertise in financial compliance and reporting
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial planning
- Experience in process improvement and workflow design
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
