Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (added advantage)
5–7 years’ relevant experience in credit, lending, banking, or microfinance
2–3 years in a senior credit or supervisory role
Strong experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and recoveries
Proficiency in MS Office and credit management systems
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
