About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Reckitt as the Head of East Africa Expansion. You will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Reckitt's business across the East African region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, market entry, and P&L management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the East Africa expansion strategy.

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and launch.

Manage P&L and drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and government bodies.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in business development, market expansion, and P&L management, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of the East African market.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
