Background
Our client, a leading HR Outsourcing and recruitment services provider, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial function and drive strategic growth.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in financial management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (required)
- CPA (K) in good standing (mandatory)
- Master’s degree is a strong advantage
- Experience as Head of Finance in an HR Outsourcing or professional services environment
- Strong leadership, analytical, and compliance skills
Role Highlights
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting
- Oversee audits, compliance, tax, and financial controls
- Manage cash flow, risk, and financial planning
