JOB DETAILS:
Kirawa Road School is expanding! We're launching a brand-new Kindergarten Branch in the serene Lower Kabete area and we're looking for a visionary Head of Kindergarten to lead the way.
Your Role
- Lead and inspire a new team of early childhood educators
- Oversee curriculum, classroom > delivery & learner well-being
- Foster strong parent partnerships & community trust
- Drive excellence in compliance, care, and creativity
Qualifications
- Drive excellence in compliance, care, and creativity
- KHA Headteacher training or Montessori certification
- 5+ years in a similar leadership role
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement school systems.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
