Role Objective

To provide visionary leadership in nursing and quality services by overseeing and ensuring excellence in patient care, safety, and service quality across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all nursing services across the hospital.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and nursing practice.
• Develop and implement quality improvement strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing team to foster excellence.
• Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Senior Leadership or Management in leading nursing matters.
