Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Finance
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Minimum 7 years in hotel management, hospitality operations with at least 3 years in Senior Management.
• Contract Management: Ability to interpret and enforce Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs).
• Proven track record in managing hotel/serviced apartment or mixed-use developments operations
• Strong background in financial auditing and operational oversight.
• Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems), Excel, and Channel Managers.
