About the Role

The Head of Partnerships will report directly to the CCO and own the health, growth, and long‑term success of Turaco’s partner relationships across all markets.

This role is first and foremost about relationship management. The Head of Partnerships will be a highly visible, trusted, and approachable leader who builds strong relationships with senior partner stakeholders and ensures partners feel supported, heard, and valued throughout the partnership lifecycle.

In addition to leading partner relationships, the role will oversee Account Management teams across markets, ensuring day to day relationship management, excellent execution, and internal coordination in the service of partner success.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for Turaco’s most strategic partners, building long‑term, trust‑based relationships with senior decision‑makers and partner teams.
  • Directly own accounts generating more than $1M in revenue, ensuring partner satisfaction, retention, growth, and healthy partner P&Ls.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for partners, proactively identifying risks, resolving concerns, and strengthening collaboration.
  • Lead and coach Account Managers across markets to be exceptional relationship managers—empathetic, responsive, proactive, and solutions‑oriented.
  • Ensure regular and meaningful partner engagement, including business reviews, strategy sessions, and informal check‑ins to maintain strong alignment.
  • Champion the partner perspective internally, coordinating closely with Product, Operations, Claims, Tech, and Finance teams to pre‑empt issues and resolve challenges quickly.
  • Lead the launch of new partnerships, ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration and a seamless handover from the Business Development team to Account Management.
  • Support the BD team during late‑stage sales cycles to establish early rapport and ensure partnerships are operationally and relationally set up for success.
  • Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities through deep understanding of partner needs, priorities, and growth ambitions.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30–40% of the time.
