Main Responsibility Areas

  • Being a trusted person in the company
  • Recruit and onboard new hires
  • Coordinate performance management process and provide feedback
  • Execute legally compliant people processes
  • Maintain administrative overview
  • Manage payroll, benefits and incentive schemes for employees
  • Manage training and coaching programs
  • Coordinating insurance and pensions
  • Organizing staff entertainment and events

What we need

  • Strong ownership mindset - you take full responsibility for getting things done properly and on time without needing to be chased
  • High accuracy and attention to detail - contracts, payroll inputs, employee records, and compliance work must be right the first time. We do not want to spend time on doing rework
  • Independence and self-drive - you are proactive, resourceful, and able to move work forward without waiting for constant direction
  • Warm and open personality - people feel comfortable with you, trust you, and naturally want to work with you
  • Non-judgmental and commercially grounded - you handle people matters fairly and thoughtfully, while understanding the (financial) needs of the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Necessary HR licenses - or in process to get there
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in scaling fast-growing companies
  • Strong recruiting expertise
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Pragmatic and analytical (no-nonsense)
