Mission Description

  • Responsible for ensuring the projects kick off and the budgets are delivered.
  • Defines processes/procedures for the successful administration of the project.
  • Ensures the transition of the partnership from collaboration to joint venture.
  • Supports the commercial development.
  • Guides the solution roadmap-ensuring it aligns with AGL values ​​and development initiative.
  • Build, inspire lead a high performing team.
  • Responsible for overall administrative functions of the Unit
  • Oversee business development activities for Projects, Transit solutions and Transport using own fleet (general & heavy lifts)
  • Monitor the Business Unit services to ensure that they are in line with customer expectations
  • Ensure the Operations are in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Determine and meet resource requirements including labour, equipment and investments in order to achieve the organization's goals
  • Establish and sustain relationships with strategic partners including, KRA, other government agencies and customers
  • Plan and oversee the execution of daily operational activities
  • Prepare annual budgets for the BU.

Profile

  • Master's degree in business
  • Knowledge of Logistics-Clearing and Forwarding.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in a busy logistics environment.
