JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and grow our general sales department. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing customer experience through strong sales leadership and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Professional insurance qualification (CII, ACII, or AIIK) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years' sales experience, including at least 4 years in direct sales management.
- Proven ability to design and optimize sales strategies that drive revenue and market penetration.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
