  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
  • 8-12 years B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of margins, pricing, and P&L
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in printing, packaging, media, or related industries is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Own revenue targets and develop sales strategies across digital print, commercial print, and emerging product lines including HP Indigo digital printing.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive a high-performance sales culture.
  • Key Account & Business Development: Manage and grow strategic accounts while driving new business across corporates, agencies, publishers, NGOs, and SMES.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting: Oversee pricing, proposals, forecasting, and regularly present sales performance, pipeline, and market updates to senior leadership.
  • Market Intelligence & Collaboration: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and work closely with production and pre-press teams to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements.
