We’re looking for a commercially-driven, hands-on Head of Sales to own revenue growth, lead a high-performing team, and expand market share across B2B, B2C, and enterprise segments.
Responsibilities or duties
You’ll work alongside the leadership team to:
- Drive revenue and customer acquisition strategies across B2B, B2C, and enterprise segments
- Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Expand market presence and ensure operational excellence
- Lead negotiations and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications or requirements
Requirements:
- Proven track record in revenue growth & market expansion
- Leadership, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years in a commercial leadership role in ICT or related sectors
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
