Role Overview:

This is a senior leadership role overseeing end-to-end warehouse and delivery operations for a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business. The ideal candidate will optimize processes, lead a large team, and ensure efficiency from inventory management to last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead all warehouse operations: receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
2. Analyze KPIs daily (e.g., pick accuracy, shrink, on-time delivery) and implement corrective actions.
3. Optimize workflows, layouts, and cost-to-serve metrics.
4. Drive adoption of technology (e.g., WMS, TMS, automation tools).
5. Ensure compliance with safety, food standards, HSE, and audit requirements.
6. Manage inventory through stock takes, cycle counts, and expiry control.
7. Recruit, train, mentor, and performance-manage a 100+ person team.
8. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of warehouse and delivery management experience (FMCG/retail preferred).
• Proven track record of improving productivity and reducing costs at scale.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, food safety, HSE, and fleet management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High energy, adaptability, and results-driven mindset.
