JOB DETAILS:

Job Brief:

As a Health Care Accountant, you will maintain clean, compliant, and clear finances, working closely with finance and healthcare teams to manage daily transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations.
• Handle billing, invoicing, payroll, and collections.
• Reconcile discrepancies and audit financial records.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve financial efficiency.
• Support general office administration (supplies, purchases, repairs, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA-K preferred.
• Proven accounting experience (healthcare experience is a bonus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
