Description

supports nurses and doctors by providing basic patient care, monitoring vital signs, and helping patients with daily hygiene and mobility

Responsibilities

  • Help patients with washing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom while preserving their dignity.
  • Clinical Support: Measure and record vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure under nurse supervision.
  • Mobility Assistance: Assist patients to move safely around the facility or transition from a bed to a wheelchair or toilet.
  • Patient Comfort: Serve meals, help patients eat, change bed linens, and keep patient rooms clean.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor patient health and report any sudden changes, concerns, or medical emergencies to senior medical staff.

Qualifications

  • Communication: Listen well and talk clearly with patients, families, and medical teams.
  • Compassion: Show empathy, patience, and respect toward all patients.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate and clear daily records of patient care.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare providers
